A man in Missouri keeps police on a 2 hour stand-off after getting frustrated with his TV set.Police say a woman called 9-1-1 and reported her husband was drinking and upset that the cable had been turned off.They say the man fired two shots inside the home -- including one into his T-V.When police arrived, they say the suspect was on the porch with two guns.The standoff lasted about two and a half hours until the suspect surrendered peacefully....
